TO ORDER: When you find the wine you like, click it, specify the number of bottles you desire, click ADD TO CART. When your shopping has been completed, proceed to CHECK OUT. Have your credit card, billing, and shipping addresses handy. All information is secured under Northside Wine & Spirits’ security policy.
All prices are based on wine contained in 750ML bottles unless otherwise specified. All case prices are based on 12 bottles unless otherwise specified.
Be aware that Sale priced wine, Sybarite Member priced wine, and wine from the Rare Wine Room cannot be discounted any further than the lowest listed net price.
Wine orders are packaged and shipped from Northside Wine & Spirits, Ithaca Shopping Plaza, Elmira Road, Ithaca, NY 14850.
Local delivery (Tompkins County, NYS) is free on orders of $75 or more. Under normal circumstances, Northside makes local deliveries Monday through Friday from 1-4 P.M. Exceptions may occur on unusually busy days. There are no deliveries on Saturday.
You must be at least 21 years of age to order wine. An adult signature (from someone at least 21 years of age) is required by law for all wine deliveries. Proof of age will be verified by the delivery carrier.
Due to restrictions on the shipment of alcoholic beverages to certain zip codes, Northside Wine & Spirits requires the zip code for the shipping destination.
Northside Wine & Spirits is not responsible for damages to goods caused by weather and other “Acts of God” during transportation. Every precaution is taken to ensure safe transit of goods to customers.
Northside Wine & Spirits does not profit from shipping charges. Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. UPS delivery charge in New York State is $7.95 per package. For 750ML bottles, Northside ships in 1 bottle, 2 bottle, 3 bottle, 6 bottle, and 12 bottle packages. For 1.5L bottles, Northside ships only in 1 bottle and 6 bottle packages. A magnum (1.5L) is the largest bottle shipped.
It is the goal of Northside Wine & Spirits to make ordering wine the easiest, safest, and most secure shopping experience possible. Northside accepts no responsibility for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice, and Northside reserves the right to limit quantities. Due to a fast turnover of inventory, Northside simply cannot guarantee availability of all items 100% of the time, but will do everything possible to obtain the items in question, or suggest replacements, as quickly as possible to fill your order.
RETURN POLICY:- In accordance with New York State law, Northside Wine & Spirits cannot put any bottle of wine or spirits back on any shelf for sale after it has left the premises.
- As for merchandise that has been opened, tasted, and found to be defective (i.e., corked or “off”), it can be returned to Northside Wine & Spirits for a store credit provided said merchandise is accompanied by a receipt. However, Northside will only issue credits or make replacements for purchases that took place within one year.
- In the case of defective wine that has been shipped, Northside Wine & Spirits will absorb the cost of return shipping. Nos. 1 and 2 above still apply.
