Here is a truly lovely, light- to medium-bodied French rosé made from Cabernet Franc (70%) and Grolleau (30%) that has just a hint of sweetness. The fruit profile is all about strawberries and cherries underscored by a mineral note and a soft, round finish. Drink this with grilled or roasted pork, grilled shrimp, strawberries, lighter vegetarian dishes, or informal picnic fare such as hamburgers and hot dogs. Screw cap closure.
